This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information. This Policy is incorporated into the Terms of Service and uses the same defined terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
This Policy incorporates our Terms of Service, which detail how we handle your information. We use reasonable measures to protect your information. The Services are provided by Armed Attorneys, LLC, a Texas-based limited liability company, and governed by Texas law. By accessing and using the Site, you agree to be bound by this Policy and all applicable laws and regulations.
1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or directly access the Services. Parents or legal guardians (who must be 18+) may obtain benefits on behalf of minor children. Minors do not access the Services independently. This Policy applies to information collected through the Site, Member Bay, and related online features we control.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information to provide and improve the Services. We do not collect sensitive personal information such as health data, biometric identifiers, or precise geolocation beyond IP-derived general location.
Categories of Personal Information:
- (1) Account & Contact: name, email address, phone number, billing address;
- (2) Payment: payment method type and limited details. Full card numbers are collected and processed by our payment processor;
- (3) Usage & Device: IP address, general location (derived from IP), device/OS/browser, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions with the Site and Member Bay (via cookies and similar technologies);
- (4) Subscription & Preferences: plan, status, renewal settings, content access history, communication preferences;
- (5) Children (via Parent Only): if a parent purchases benefits that include a child, we may receive minimal information necessary to administer that benefit (e.g., name and date of birth) from the parent. We do not collect information directly from children. Sources:

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

6. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY (COPPA)
Our Services are intended for adults. Parents may purchase membership benefits that include a child. We obtain any children’s information from the parent and process only what is necessary to administer the benefit. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. We do not use children’s information for marketing or share it with third parties for such purposes. Parents may review, correct, or delete their child’s information and may withdraw consent by contacting us. If we learn that we collected children’s information without appropriate parental involvement, we will delete it.

- (3) Deletion: request deletion of personal information we maintain;

Children’s information is deleted upon the earlier of benefit termination or verified parental request, subject to lawful retention requirements.
10. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
We are based in the United States. Personal information may be processed in the U.S. and other locations by our service providers under contracts that require appropriate protection.
