Armed Attorneys, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”, or “Company”) provides access to our online platform ArmedAttorneys.com and related websites, including the subscriber account portal (“Member Bay”) at ArmedAttorneys.com (collectively “Site”), where users can view digital content, manage billing, interact with others via direct messaging to the company, public forums, and comments on content, and upload personal images (the “Services”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and Members of the Services. You agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or, if applicable, as the parent or legal guardian of a minor. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy, which details how we handle your information. We use reasonable measures to protect your information. The Services are provided by Armed Attorneys, LLC, a Texas-based limited liability company, and governed by Texas law. By accessing and using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. ATTORNEY CLIENT RELATIONSHIP
No attorney-client relationship is created by visiting this website. Armed Attorneys gives you access to a nationwide network of attorneys with demonstrable experience in the areas of self-defense and weapons law, both civil and criminal. These attorneys are all independent licensees of the Armed Attorney Network. Although you may have an attorney-client relationship with one or more of these independent attorneys, Armed Attorneys, LLC is not a law firm.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or directly access the Services. Accounts must be created with accurate and lawful information. Parents or legal guardians (who must be 18 years of age or older) may obtain benefits on behalf of minor children. For any child under the age of 18, parental consent is required as described in our Agreement. Minors under 18 cannot access the Services independently without the supervision of their parents. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to terminate access if you violate eligibility rules.
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
To access the Services, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at info@armedattorneys.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to providing false information or excessive unauthorized access attempts.
5. ACCESS AND BILLING
Upon subscription, you gain access to the Member Bay for viewing digital content, managing billing, direct messaging to the company, participating in public forums and commenting on content, and uploading images (with profile pictures publicly visible and other images private).
Payments are processed through third-party providers. You authorize recurring charges. Billing, renewals, and cancellation terms are governed by your Agreement.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services for violations of these Terms or pursuant to your Agreement at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your access ends, and you must delete any downloaded content.
6. USER CONTENT AND CONDUCT
You may upload images to your account (e.g., profile picture). Profile pictures are publicly visible; all other images remain private to your account and are not shared without consent. You retain ownership of your uploads but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and use them as necessary to provide the Services (e.g., displaying profile pictures in forums) and for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Services.
Regarding site interactions, direct messaging is limited to communications with the company for the purpose of obtaining a benefit under your Agreement, seeking support, or submitting general inquiries. For public forums and comments, you may post in public forums and comment on content. All interactions must comply with these Terms and our Community Guidelines.
You agree not to: upload, post, or transmit illegal, harmful, or infringing content (e.g., copyrighted material without permission, child exploitation, or threats; engage in spam, harassment, or abusive behavior; impersonate others; interfere with the Services; or use the Services for commercial purposes without permission or to solicit others. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination, at our sole discretion.
7. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Our Community Guidelines prohibit spam, including unsolicited promotions, repetitive posts, and bots. Additionally, we prohibit illegal content, which includes anything that violates federal, state, or local law. We moderate content proactively and in response to reports. Violations lead to warnings, limited access, or full termination. Appeals may be submitted to info@armedattorneys.com.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services, including all digital content, software, designs, and materials, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes during your subscription. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services. Reports of infringement should be sent to info@armedattorneys.com under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Services may integrate third-party tools (e.g., payment processors, analytics). Your use is subject to their terms, and we are not liable for their actions. We are not responsible for errors or data practices of third-party providers.
10. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the content is accurate or appropriate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This applies even if advised of the possibility. In no event shall Armed Attorneys, LLC, or its suppliers, subsidiaries, Licensees, or associates be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ArmedAttorneys.com.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of your Agreement, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- 12.1 You may submit any complaint or grievance regarding these Terms in writing to Company at its principal office address, by email to info@armedattorneys.com, or through the Member Bay portal.
- 12.2 You and Company agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising out of these Terms in good faith. If unsuccessful, you and Company agree to submit any unresolved matter or dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The jurisdiction of arbitration is controlled by your Agreement, or if there is no agreement, in the state and county at the sole discretion of Armed Attorneys, LLC. Each party shall bear its own attorney’s fees. Administrative and arbitrator costs shall be shared equally, unless otherwise ordered by the arbitrator. The arbitrator shall render a written decision, which shall include findings of fact and conclusions of law. The arbitration shall be conducted in Harris County, Texas, before a single arbitrator. No court shall have jurisdiction until such arbitration is completed, and a decision is rendered by the arbitrator. Arbitration shall be the exclusive remedy under these Terms. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
- 12.3 You agree that any arbitration or proceeding under these Terms shall be conducted only on an individual basis. You expressly waive the right to participate in a class action, class-wide arbitration, collective action, private attorney general action, or any other proceeding in which claims are asserted on a representative basis. You further waive the right to proceed in any court on a class or collective basis.
13. MISCELLANEOUS
- 13.1 This Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
- 13.2 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and this Agreement shall be interpreted as though the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision had not been included.
- 13.3 We may periodically update these Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the Site or email. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
- 13.4 Our failure to enforce a right does not waive it.
- 13.5 These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and Agreement(s), constitute the full agreement.
14. PARTICULAR OUTCOMES
The attorneys who work with Armed Attorneys, LLC are all independent third-party providers and are responsible for their own conduct, both legal and ethical, within the rules and laws of their state and their State Bar Association. Armed Attorneys carefully screens the attorneys we work with. The attorneys chosen by Armed Attorneys are experienced, trial lawyers with proven skills. All the attorneys with whom we license the Armed Attorney brand have training in the following areas of law: Force Science (the science of the use of force), Proper Crime Scene Investigation, Blood Spatter, Witness Memory Recall, Defending Risk Protection Orders (Red Flag Laws), Special Consideration when Representing Military clients, and Gunshot Residue. Armed Attorneys has continuing legal education requirements for any attorney working with our program and provides (through affiliates) training focused on self-defense and Second Amendment issues. Quite simply, we ensure that our attorneys have the tools needed to defend our members successfully. However, no attorney can guarantee an outcome. Membership in any of the Armed Attorney programs does not guarantee success and no particular outcome is promised.
15. INSURANCE AND PREPAID LEGAL SERVICES
In some states, Armed Attorneys, LLC, our affiliates, and subsidiaries are operated as a pre-paid legal services company; in other states, we are a legal expense insurance company. In the states where we are an insurance company, all policies are underwritten.
16. OPERATIONS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
All of our operations and the provision of services by our company or our subsidiaries are provided right here in the United States of America. We do not outsource or use foreign workers.
17. ADDITIONAL TERMS
When subscribing to our services, you will receive a coverage agreement. This agreement contains the terms and conditions for the use of our product, including coverage of a defensive incident. You acknowledge that the terms and conditions contained in this agreement only cover the use of our website and not the various coverage provided with your membership.
