Background
T. Edwin Walker has aggressively advocated for his clients in a career spanning over 30 years. He brings an experienced perspective and a wealth of knowledge to each case in both the civil and criminal litigation arenas. He regularly advises individuals, businesses, educators, and lobbyists on state and federal firearms laws and self-defense issues. He has testified in front of the Texas Legislature in every legislative session for the last 15 years. On the local level he fights firearms restrictive ordinances. He has been regularly interviewed by national news outlets and is a frequent speaker on gun laws in the Great State of Texas.
Edwin is a native Texan who earned his bachelor’s and J.D. degrees from the University of Houston. He was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1993. Edwin is a proud gun owner and vigilant watchman of our constitutional rights.
